Sandy Ferris has over a decade of experience in business improvement, risk analysis, and logistics management within the maritime and emergency management sectors. Currently serving as a Business Improvement & Risk Analyst at Fire and Emergency NZ since January 2012, Sandy has previously held several key positions, including Shore Team Manager for Oman Sail during the 2013 Tour de France by Sail and Logistic Manager for Camper with Emirates Team New Zealand during the Volvo Ocean Race. Additional roles include Logistic and Admin for Auckland Council's Civil Defence and Emergency Management, Logistic Manager/Chef for Oman Sail LLC, and Support and Operations Manager for Alcatel-Lucent at the 32nd America's Cup, showcasing a diverse skill set in project coordination, resource management, and marketing across various high-pressure environments.
