Ilhami Sozen has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ilhami started their career as a Business Development Intern at Dog Media LLC, where they managed clients' social media accounts and increased the leads pool by 15%. Ilhami then worked as an Operations Analyst Intern at AIG, conducting market research and implementing voice recognition technology to improve efficiency and save costs.

Ilhami later joined New York University as an Operations Analyst, where they managed recruiting efforts, launched marketing campaigns, and automated GPA conversions.
