Haley Dahl

Haley Dahl, MA, has a diverse range of work experience. Haley worked at SMG - Service Management Group from 2015 onwards, where they held various roles including Senior Product Analyst. In this position, they acted as a liaison between Data Science and Product Management, collaborated with cross-functional teams to optimize text analytics results, and supported product development efforts. Haley also presented analyses to the product team and mentored junior associates. Prior to their time at SMG, Haley worked as a Graduate Assistant System Administrator at the University of Tulsa from 2011 to 2015. Haley also had internship experience at The Persimmon Group in 2014 and worked as a Specialist at Apple Retail from 2010 to 2011. Additionally, they had a brief role as an Office Manager at Quail Springs Firestone in 2008.

Haley Dahl holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Tulsa, which they completed from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they received their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Management Information Systems from the same university, completing it from 2011 to 2013. Haley obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Music & Psychology from The University of Tulsa, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Haley also holds a High School Diploma in Vocal Music from Classen SAS, which they obtained from 2002 to 2007.

In addition to their educational background, Haley has obtained several certifications. Haley received the Notary Public Commission from the State of Oklahoma in June 2023. In April 2023, they obtained the ALCOHOL BEVERAGE EMPLOYEE LICENSE from the Oklahoma ABLE Commission. In March 2023, they obtained the Product Analytics Certification from Pendo.io. Furthermore, in October 2019, they completed the following certifications from Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI): Build, Focus, Foundations, PMC-III, and Pragmatic Certified Product Manager.
