Oryan Strasman Almog

Oryan Strasman Almog is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Fireblocks since October 2023. As the Founder of Diversity & Inclusion: It Works!, Oryan established the first WhatsApp community in Israel focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Oryan spent a significant portion of time at Meta from January 2018 to October 2023, where responsibilities included leading a global technical recruiting team and implementing HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and talent development. Prior experience includes roles as a Technical Recruiter and HR Specialist at Zooz and a Recruiting Consultant at Experis Israel. Oryan holds an M.B.A. in Organizational Behavior Studies from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and certifications in Human Resources Development.
