Or Gafni has held two positions in the software development field. From 2013 to 2019, they worked as a Software Developer for the Israel Defense Forces. Or then moved to Firedome in 2019, where they have held the roles of Technical Lead and Software Developer.

Or Gafni earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The College of Management Academic Studies between 2014 and 2017.
