Natan Deitch

Natan Deitch has over 10 years of work experience in the technology industry. Natan began their career in 2011 as a Help Desk at Midea Carrier. In 2013, they worked as a Junior Programmer at both NeoGrid and CTIS. From 2015 to 2016, Natan worked as a Programador Pleno at both ADP and ilegra. In 2016, they worked as a Senior Software Developer at Beleza na Web. At Skore from 2019 to 2021, Natan worked as a Head of Engineering and Senior Software Developer. In their roles, they were responsible for developing and maintaining services, architecting and documenting new services, and improving response time to incidents. Most recently, they have been a Team Lead at Fireflies.ai, where they built services observability and started a culture of architecture documentation.

Natan Deitch obtained a certification in OCAJ from Oracle in June 2014, and a PET certification from Cambridge English Language Assessment in June 2012. From 2013 to 2016, they attended Universidade La Salle. From 2016 to 2017, they attended Centro Universitário FAM, where they earned a degree in Análise e desenvolvimento de Sistemas in the field of Information Technology.
