Nishant Kumar has a diverse work experience, starting with an internship at the Permanent Mission of India to the United Nations in 2014. Nishant then worked at SocialCops from December 2015 to February 2017, where they held multiple roles including Sales and Partnerships - Collect, Growth and Partnerships, and Growth and Partnerships - Intern. Nishant played a significant role in launching and promoting various products, such as the mobile data collection platform "Collect" and the data visualization product "Viz." Nishant also managed key accounts and implemented end-to-end sales and marketing processes at SocialCops.
In 2018, Nishant joined Hubhopper as the Head of Sales and Partnerships. Under their leadership, Hubhopper became India's largest platform for podcast hosting, creation, and distribution, collaborating with over 50 partners, including Spotify and Amazon. After three years at Hubhopper, Nishant joined Fireflies.ai in September 2021, working in Global Partnerships and Integrations. Fireflies.ai is focused on automating team workflows using voice assistants and transcription tools.

Nishant Kumar completed their International Baccalaureate Diploma from the American Community School Beirut between the years 2007 and 2010. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology from 2010 to 2015.
