Eric Palmgren

Eric Palmgren is an experienced avionics systems engineer currently working at Firefly Aerospace since October 2022. Prior to this role, Eric held various positions at Baker Hughes from July 2013 to September 2022, including lead electrical engineer, where responsibilities included the development of high-temperature downhole electronics and the design and implementation of analog and mixed-signal PCBAs. Eric also contributed to the product development team for downhole production logging instruments and was involved in upgrading existing products to improve manufacturing and reliability. Eric began the journey at Baker Hughes as an electrical engineer intern in June 2012. Eric earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Business from Rice University, graduating in 2013.
