Rhiza Franco-Toquero

Rhiza Franco-Toquero serves as the Talent Management Head at Firefly Electric & Lighting Corporation since April 2021. Previously, Rhiza held the position of Associate Director at Global Executive Solutions Group from January 2018 to March 2021. Rhiza's earlier experience includes roles at Johnson & Johnson as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Delivery for Southeast Asia from 2016 to 2017, and at Samsung Electronics as Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, Rhiza served as Recruitment Manager for Towers Watson in South Asia from 2011 to 2014 and held a similar role at IBM from 2008 to 2011. Rhiza holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of the Philippines and a Diploma in Organization Development from De La Salle University.
