Onur Oral

Onur Oral has a diverse work experience in the field of design. Onur is currently working as a Senior Product Designer at Firefly since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as a UX Design Lead at Dogma Alares from February 2021 to January 2022. Onur also held the position of Design Lead: Experience & Design Strategy at IBM iX from May 2019 to February 2021. Before that, they worked at Fjord as a Senior Service & Interaction Designer from June 2018 to May 2019, and as a Service & Interaction Designer from February 2016 to June 2018. Onur started their career at Monitise MEA, where they worked as a Senior Visual Designer from June 2014 to February 2016, and as a Visual Designer from November 2013 to June 2014. Onur also worked as a UI Designer at Lemonat from March 2013 to November 2013.

Onur Oral attended Sabanci University from 2006 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Arts & Visual Communication Design (VACD). In addition, they have obtained multiple certifications, including a UX Certificate from Nielsen Norman Group in November 2020. Onur also received certifications from IBM, including People Skills - Communication, Presentation, Collaboration, and Problem Solving in August 2020, The IBM Way in August 2020, IBM Automation Essentials in March 2020, Enterprise Design Thinking - Team Essentials for AI in October 2019, Enterprise Design Thinking Co-Creator in October 2019, and Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner in October 2019.
