Ozan Anitaş

Ozan Anitaş has a diverse range of work experience in human resources. They began their career in 2009 as a Compensation & Benefits Assistant Specialist at DO&CO. From there, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at PSA Peugeot Citroën in 2011. In 2012, they joined D.ream as an HR Business Partner & C&B Specialist. After that, they moved on to Mondelēz International as an HR Business Partner - Commercial Functions in 2013. In 2015, they joined JDE Peet's, starting as an HR Business Partner in Turkey and later taking on the role of Talent Development Manager and HR Business Partner. They then became the HR Lead/Head of HR for Turkey. In 2021, they transitioned to JDE Peet's as a Global HR Talent Specialist before joining Firefly in 2023 as a People and Culture Manager.

Ozan Anitaş began their educational journey in 2001 at Anadolu University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hotel Management. Ozan successfully completed their degree in 2006. In the same year, they attended the Institute of Hospitality Management in Prague for one year, earning another Bachelor's degree, this time in Tourism and Hotel Management. Continuing their academic pursuits, Ozan Anitaş joined Marmara University in 2006, focusing on a Master of Human Resources Management. The duration of this program is not specified.
