Director Of Culinary Services at Firehouse Subs

Jay Miller began their work experience in 1986 as an Executive Chef at Max & Erma's Restaurants, Inc. Jay then worked as a Director of R&D at Fuddruckers from 2002 to 2004. From 2005 to 2010, they served as the Director R&D at IHOP. Jay then became the Director of Product Innovation at Black Angus Steakhouses from 2010 to 2011. Jay then moved on to Perkins & Marie Callender's, LLC where they worked as the V.P. of Research & Development from 2011 to 2014. Following that, they were the Owner and Consulting Chef at Menu Creator Consulting from 2014 to 2017. Their most recent position was as the Director of Product Development at Firehouse Subs, starting in 2017.

Jay Miller attended The Culinary Institute of America from 1981 to 1983, where they received an AOS degree in Culinary Arts.
