Božo Knežević

Team lead for Architecture and Infrastructure in Serbia at GetSwift

Božo Knežević has been working in the IT industry since 2007. Božo began their career as a System Administrator at The Law and Business High School Belgrade. In 2013, they moved to EOS Matrix Serbia as a System and Network Administrator. In 2014, Božo joined SBB Serbia BroadBand as a Senior Engineer, where they were responsible for the administration and maintenance of all nonlinear television services. In 2016, they began working at NOVOMATIC Lottery Solutions as a Client System Administrator (OPS). Currently, Božo is working at GetSwift as a Team Lead for Architecture and Infrastructure in Serbia, developing and maintaining multi-cloud multi-region codified infrastructure for all GetSwift products, creating streamlined IaC and SaaS that is cloud-agnostic, and managing a DevOps team in Serbia.

Božo Knežević has a diverse educational background, beginning with a Robotics and Flexible Production Systems technician degree from Belgrade Polytechnic Academy, which they obtained from 1999 to 2002. Božo then went on to earn an Electrotechnics Engineer of Automatics degree from the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of Applied Studies from 2002 to 2005. Following this, Božo Knežević earned a Graduated Engineer of Production Management degree from the University of Novi Sad Technical Faculty “Mihajlo Pupin” from 2005 to 2007. Lastly, they obtained an MSc - Business Communication degree from the same institution from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, they hold a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification from Cisco.
