Rhea C. has a diverse work experience in various companies. Rhea started their career at Procter & Gamble as an Operations Engineer from April 2011 to July 2014. Rhea then joined Dole Food Company as a Food Safety Superintendent from March 2015 to March 2020. Rhea later moved to Dole Sunshine Company as an Agriculture QA Manager from March 2020 to March 2021, and then as a Senior Manager in Fruit Quality and Agriculture Operations QA from March 2021 to July 2022. Currently, they are working at Firestone Liberia as the Head of Department for Compliance and Sustainability, a role they started in July 2022.

Rhea C. attended Ateneo de Davao University where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
