Winleta Aynn Henries

Winleta Aynn Henries has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Winleta Aynn has held several key positions in different organizations. Beginning in 2000, they worked as an Assistant Legal Manager and Industrial Relations Manager at Liberia Petroleum Refining Company until 2003. From 2003 to 2004, they served as the Head of Legal Compliance and Human Resource Department at Ecobank. In 2005, they joined the United Nations Mission in Liberia as a Legal Advisor until 2009. In 2008, they became the Chairman of the Board of Appeals at Civil Service Agency of Liberia and served until 2014. In 2009, Winleta joined Firestone Liberia as an Industrial Relations Manager until 2012, and then took on the role of Employee Relations Manager from 2013. Since 2016, they have been the Human Resources & Social Services Director at Firestone Liberia. Winleta Aynn also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at the National Social Services Corporation of Liberia since 2016.

Winleta Aynn Henries earned a BTh in Theology from Liberia Baptist Theological Seminary in 1993. Winleta Aynn then went on to obtain an L.LB in General Law from the Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law in 2002.
