Ben Madore

Ben Madore has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Ben started their career as the Owner & IT Consultant at Madore Consulting from April 2006 to September 2011. Ben then held various positions at Group MarketShare, including Systems Analyst / Programmer from May 2005 to August 2011 and IT Manager from August 2011 to February 2013. Ben then joined Competitive Energy Services as an IT Manager from February 2013 to November 2015.

In 2015, they joined IDEXX BioAnalytics as a Salesforce.com Business Analyst from December 2015 to December 2018. Ben later became a Salesforce.com Product Owner from January 2019 to June 2019.

Ben then worked at Mavens as a Solution Architect from June 2019 to November 2020 before joining The Hunley Group, LLC as a Solution Architect from December 2020 to May 2021.

Ben most recently served as a Senior Salesforce.com Strategist (Sales & Revenue) at Kicksaw from June 2021 to May 2022.

Currently, they are the Director, CRM & Business Systems at Firework since February 2023.

Ben Madore completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in New Media / Information Systems from the University of Maine, attending from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their undergraduate education, they have obtained several certifications. These include the Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant Certification from Salesforce, obtained in October 2020, the Veeva CRM Administrator Level 1 Track from Veeva Systems, obtained in January 2020, the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification from Salesforce, obtained in September 2019, the Agile Leadership and Process Improvement certification from the University of Southern Maine, obtained in May 2017, and the Salesforce Certified Administrator certification from Salesforce, obtained in July 2016.
