Eric Froese

Eric Froese has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Eric is currently a Senior Software Engineer at Firework since February 2022. In this role, they lead the design and development of the Instant Checkout product and various integrations with eCommerce and CMS platforms. Prior to this, they served as the Commerce Team Technical Lead at Firework, contributing to product development and leading the integration of Firework as a first-party tool on eCommerce SaaS providers' platforms.

Before joining Firework, Eric was the Software Development Lead at Clockk.com Inc. from October 2018 to November 2020. Their responsibilities included leading a small team, developing and maintaining product API, and designing a classification algorithm that qualified for a research grant tax credit. Eric also worked as a Web Developer at Vaxxine Computer Systems from April 2016 to October 2018.

Additionally, Eric has experience as a Sailing Instructor at Buffalo Yacht Club from June 2011 to September 2015. In this role, they organized and implemented the daily activities and curriculum for the Junior Sailing Program, teaching basic sailing skills to advanced racing tactics.

Eric Froese's education history consists of attending Brock University from 2012 to 2016. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Computer Science with a minor in Biological Sciences.
