Audrey Coates

Audrey Coates has extensive experience in customer service and education. Currently serving as an RM at Hudson News Distributors since March 2017, Audrey previously held the same title at Hallmark Greetings, Inc. from November 2017 to July 2021. Prior experience includes two roles as a Substitute Teacher with Prince George's County Public Schools and Anne Arundel County Public Schools, where responsibilities included supervising and planning activities for elementary students. Audrey's career began at United Airlines, where roles spanned from Customer Service Representative to Supervisor/Team Leader in Customer Service, focusing on team leadership and employee development. Audrey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Boston University, completed between 1969 and 1974.
