Background in Food Engineering, with Masters & Doctors dregrees in Food Science; PhD in Nutrition; currently finishing a second carrer in Nutrition.
Started my career in the Food Industry in 1995 and, since that, always worked in R&D functions, with roles related to innovation, creation & application, project management, business development, technical marketing and people management.
Always worked in multinational companies: FMC, Kraft Foods, Unilever, DSM and Firmenich (first to lead the CoE for PSD and now the Innovation Deployment for LAM and global KGAs).
Originally from Campinas-SP, Brazil, married to a Food Engineer, with a son and a daughter, both university students.
