Firmex is a global software-as-a-service provider with corporate headquarters in Toronto, Canada and an EMEA office centrally located in London. The company’s Firmex VDR service is the world’s most trusted virtual data room, having been used by over 140,000 companies worldwide to share confidential documents for due diligence, litigation and compliance.

The Sales Executive role is dynamic and consultative. It involves working directly with the Sales Manager to identify, target, prospect, and close new business across French-speaking markets. This is an outbound role that involves a 360° approach to the Firmex sales process, with a focus on growing the subscription book.

As our Sales Executive, you will:

  • Hybrid working between our office in London and home.
  • Respond in a timely and efficient manner to all assigned leads.
  • Prospect for new named accounts, meeting with set KPIs and bookings targets.
  • Develop original ideas and collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns that drive demand.
  • Maintain an opportunity pipeline.
  • Develop a recurring book of business with a view to convert accounts into an annual subscription.
  • Conduct customer-focused sales presentations primarily over web conference calls.
  • Make onsite sales calls on an opportunistic basis across French-speaking markets.
  • Create and deliver quotations and presentations to prospects, as well as quarterback responses to RFIs, RFPs, security questionnaires, and legal comments.

What you'll need to be successful as a Sales Executive:

  • Excellent writing, presentation, communication, and demonstration skills in French.
  • 2-5 years of B2B sales experience - we are industry agnostic.
  • Successful track record in a high-volume sales environment.
  • Proven ability to generate demand, build a sales pipeline and close new business.
  • Strong ability to ask good questions, listen and present compelling solutions.
  • Likes to contribute to a positive team culture.
  • High achievement orientation.
  • Creative and innovative thinker.
