Ron Davies

Ron Davies is an experienced executive in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at First Acceptance Insurance since July 2024. Previously, Ron held the position of Chief Insurance Officer at Vivint and served as President and CEO of SafeAuto, a direct-to-consumer auto insurance company known for its strong brand presence across 29 states. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at Allstate overseeing product operations in the Western US, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Underwriting Officer at iCat Holdings, and various marketing and product management roles at Progressive Insurance. Ron co-founded Converge Services Group LLC, leading the development of SureDeposit, a product later acquired by Assurant. Educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Finance and Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
