Zack Bannister

Zack Bannister, CPCU, currently serves as the Director of Product Management at First Acceptance Insurance, overseeing the personal auto product for the Eastern Region since September 2018. In addition to this role, Zack is an Adjunct Professor at Middle Tennessee State University, teaching various Property and Casualty Insurance courses aligned with the CPCU curriculum since August 2014. Prior experience includes positions at Consumers Insurance USA as Director of Product Management, where Zack managed commercial product lines, and as a Product Manager at Nationwide Insurance. Additionally, Zack has worked as a Business Process Consultant at Abstracting Professionals and held roles in underwriting and product analysis at Consumers Insurance USA and United Parcel Service, respectively. Zack holds a Master's degree in Risk Management and Insurance from Florida State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Insurance from Middle Tennessee State University.
