Hilary Salt

Hilary Salt is currently a partner at Manchester-based First Actuarial. Hilary has over three decades of experience in the actuarial field, having started their career as an actuary trainee at Refuge Assurance in 1981. After qualifying as an actuary at R Watson and Sons, they spent two years working for Willis Towers Watson before setting up their own pensions training and advice business in 1992. In 2002, they joined Hazell Carr as a partner, before moving to First Actuarial in 2004.

Hilary Salt obtained a BA in Politics and Modern Hilary'story from The University of Manchester. Hilary also attended Farnworth Grammar School.
