Amy Rusiloski

Amy Rusiloski is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the education and recruitment sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations for Tax and Fleet Services at First Advantage since December 2018, Amy oversees daily operations for key business lines within a global background screening firm. Previously, Amy held multiple executive roles at ITT Technical Institute, where responsibilities included corporate-wide recruitment and career services functions, along with significant positions at Pearson, NSTAR Global Services, and Pfizer. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a BS in Engineering, Amy began a military career as a Captain in the Finance Corps.
