Delia Medina is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in customer service and operations. Currently serving as VP of Innovation at First Advantage since April 2022, Delia is responsible for the strategy and execution of global customer care digital transformation initiatives, focusing on leveraging AI and automation to enhance both customer and agent experiences. Prior to this role, Delia was Director of Customer Service Operations for North America and Latin America at Ansell Protective Solutions from 2018 to 2022, managing a diverse team of over 75 professionals and overseeing a $4M budget while facilitating transactions that generated over $750M in annual sales. Additionally, between 2015 and 2018, Delia held the position of Director of the Customer Development Center for Philosophy at Coty, where a team of 10 was effectively managed alongside a $1.5M budget.
