Katie Russell is an experienced professional with a robust background in customer success and operations management. Currently serving as a Sr. Customer Success Director at First Advantage since January 2018, Katie has previously held the role of Corporate Operations Manager at The Adecco Group from June 2016 to January 2018. Earlier career roles at Adecco Staffing, USA included Business Analyst, Payroll Supervisor, and Payroll Processor from December 2007 to June 2016. Additionally, Katie worked as a Digital Archivist at the National Museum of the United States Air Force from May 2006 to December 2007.
