Krizell Ann Bautista

Krizell Ann Bautista is a seasoned recruitment and human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR initiatives. Currently serving as Recruitment Lead at First Advantage since June 2022, Krizell oversees the recruitment and selection process to attract suitable talents. Prior to this role, Krizell worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at DB Schenker from July 2017 to June 2022, where responsibilities included leading HR initiatives, managing performance management and employee engagement programs, and coaching managers. Earlier positions included Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Talent Acquisition Partner at Oracle-Netsuite, and various HR roles, starting as an HR Clerk at Almer Manpower Corporation. Krizell holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Polytechnic University of the Philippines and previously studied Secondary Education at Lipa City Public College.
