Deborah Arnold

Deborah Arnold, SHRM-SCP, MA has a diverse and extensive work experience. Deborah currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for Ingenico North America since 2016. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Manager for Courion Corporation from 2015 to 2016, where they led the establishment of HR policies and procedures and implemented various systems resulting in cost reduction. Before that, they served as an Organizational Development Specialist/Employee Ombudsman for United Health Services (UHS) from 2013 to 2015, where they played a key role in driving increases in HCAHPS scores and transforming the corporate culture towards service excellence. From 2008, they worked as the Director of Human Resources for Catholic Charities of Broome County. Deborah also has experience working as a Human Resources Consultant for Deborah Arnold Consulting from 1993 to 1995, providing services to companies like American Express and Sprint International. Their early career at American Express from 1985 to 1993 involved progressively more responsible HR positions, including roles in talent management, business partnering, and international HR support.

Deborah Arnold, SHRM-SCP, MA holds a Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of West Florida, which they obtained from 1980 to 1982. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Florida, from 1976 to 1978. Additionally, they hold the certification of SHRM SCP (Senior Certified Professional) from SHRM.
