Melita Rego

Melita Rego is an accomplished Talent Acquisition Manager with extensive experience in end-to-end hiring and recruiting for various roles, including volume, support, and leadership positions. Currently at First Advantage since November 2024, Melita previously held the position of Manager - Talent Acquisition at Sterling from February 2019 to November 2024, where similar responsibilities were executed. Prior to that, Melita worked at Convergys as a Talent Acquisition Executive from October 2014 to January 2019, focusing on high volume hiring and driving recruitment success. Melita began the career as a Recruiter at Serco from January 2013 to February 2014, specializing in high volume roles under tight deadlines and managing vendor relationships.
