Rachel Chin

Rachel Chin is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in strategic human resources management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for North Asia at First Advantage since December 2014, Rachel has also taken on the role of Acting COO to oversee business operations. Prior to this, Rachel held key positions at Alcatel-Lucent, including APAC Regional Human Resources Director, where responsibilities encompassed driving employee engagement and organizational development across the region. Previous roles at Forza International, Accenture, Intel Corporation, Agilent Technologies, and Mini-Circuits further honed expertise in recruitment, talent management, and HR operations. Rachel holds degrees in Law (Business Law) and Commerce (Accounting & Finance) from the University of Adelaide.
