Ria Clinton

Ria Clinton has extensive experience in client success and underwriting, currently serving as Head of Client Success for EMEA at Sterling since March 2020, following roles as Client Success Leader and Senior Client Success Partner. Prior to this, Ria operated as an Operations Consultant on a sabbatical and freelance basis from February 2019 to February 2020. Previous experiences include positions at Brit Insurance as Delegated Underwriting Executive, and Allied World as Senior Delegated Authorities Executive. Ria has also held roles at Berkley Europe, Hiscox, Towergate Insurance, and PlusOne Services, leading teams and managing specialized insurance products. Ria began the professional journey at Lloyds TSB as a Customer Service & Fraud Advisor, after obtaining a BND National Diploma in Fashion Business from South East Essex College.
