William Stambaugh

William Stambaugh is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in real estate and title insurance. Currently serving as Senior Underwriting Counsel at First American Title since June 2022, William previously held the position of AVP, Commercial Counsel at Fidelity National Financial from September 2006 to June 2022, where responsibilities included underwriting for major title insurance companies and managing multi-state commercial transactions. Prior legal roles encompassed ownership of a law practice specializing in real estate and corporate transactions, general counsel for Health Directions, and associate attorney positions at regional law firms. William holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration and Business Administration from Western Kentucky University.
