Samantha Peng

Samantha Peng is an accomplished music educator and performer with extensive experience in violin and viola instruction. Currently serving as Violin/Viola Active Faculty at Merit School of Music, Samantha focuses on promoting diversity within the student body through the Suzuki-Alegre program. Previous roles include teaching at the Music House School of Music and South Side Suzuki Cooperative, along with an apprenticeship as a Route Setter at Brooklyn Boulders. Holding a Master of Music degree in Viola Performance from DePaul University, Samantha has also contributed to the music community by providing private lessons and assisting in stringed instrument repairs.
