Kimberly Cerasi

Kimberly Cerasi's work experience includes serving as the First Senior Vice President/Director of Human Resources at First Bank NJ since February 2022. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing various HR functions such as benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and recruitment. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President/Human Resources Officer at First Bank NJ from November 2008 to January 2022. Before joining First Bank NJ, they worked as the VP/Insider Trading Officer at Yardville National Bank, where they administered stock option plans and handled regulatory filings with the SEC. Kimberly also served as the Servicing Manager at PrinVest Corp and as the Manager of Client Services at Princeton Capital Finance Company, LLC.
