Jenna Korsmeyer

Jenna Korsmeyer serves as the VP Director of Recruitment & Learning Development Manager at First Bank of the Lake since May 2024. Prior to this role, Jenna held the position of Director of Human Resources at Missouri Farm Bureau from May 2017 to May 2024. Jenna's career in human resources began at Midwest Independent Bancshares, Inc., where Jenna served as VP/Human Resources Officer from May 2007 to May 2017. Academically, Jenna earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Missouri State University, a Master’s in Business Administration from William Woods University, and completed the Graduate School of Banking's Human Resource Management School at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
