Matthew Roberson

Matthew Roberson has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry. Matthew is currently a Senior Vice President/Senior Relationship Manager at First Bank, where they focus on helping businesses in Southern California maximize banking solutions through cash management and financing. Prior to this, Matthew held positions at Pacific Premier Bank, CTBC Bank Corp. (USA), Community Bank, Wedbush Bank, Sunwest Bank, USBank, and Wells Fargo Bank, where they gained extensive experience in relationship management, business development, and sales. Matthew has been recognized for their exceptional performance and has consistently achieved outstanding results in their roles.

Matthew Roberson completed a Certificate Program in Banking from Pacific Coast Banking School from 2016 to 2018. Matthew also completed Executive Leadership Training from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business during the same time period. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Entrepreneurial Strategies and Small Business Operations from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 1997 to 2001.
