Kyla Nave-Wells

Kyla Nave-Wells has extensive work experience in the field of human resources with various companies. Kyla'smost recent role is as the Senior Vice President of People at First Batch Hospitality since July 2022. Prior to that, they held positions at Nando's PERi-PERi North America, where they served as the Vice President of People Operations from February 2020 to June 2022, and as the Human Resources Director from August 2016 to February 2020. Before Nando's, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Avalere Health from January 2015 to July 2016. Additionally, they have gained experience as a Senior Consultant/Project Manager for Human Resources Information Systems Implementation at Epicor Software Corp from April 2008 to December 2014 and as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at CareCentric from September 2006 to April 2008. Kyla'scareer in human resources began at McKenney's, Inc., where they worked as the Human Resources Manager in charge of Benefits, HRIS, and Talent Acquisition from May 2001 to August 2006.

Kyla Nave-Wells attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1994 to 1996, studying Business Administration and Management. From 1996 to 2001, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Georgia State University.
