Jay Skutle

Jay Skutle is a seasoned professional in the auto appraisal industry, currently serving as a Field Appraiser at First Chicago Insurance Company since January 2017. With extensive experience as the owner of R.A.S. Appraisals LLC from February 2001 to December 2016, Jay has a strong background in performing collision and comprehensive loss appraisals for the insurance sector. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Purdue University Northwest, completed in 1995.
