About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic Junior Sales Operations Analyst to join our team and become the backbone of our sales team. As a key member of our sales operations team, you’ll be responsible for not only handling the day-to-day tasks that keep our sales engine running smoothly, but further refining the current sales processes to help the sales team sell faster. This role offers a unique opportunity to dive into the specialized field of sales operations, a rapidly growing area in advanced fintech companies. We’re looking for creative individuals who are not only focused on execution but also committed to building for the future.

Responsibilities

1. Executing Current Sales Process Tasks: You will be responsible for carrying out the existing tasks within our sales process, ensuring that our operations run efficiently and effectively.

2. Ideating and Executing Sales Process Improvements: We value innovation and continuous improvement. You’ll have the opportunity to propose and implement new ideas to enhance our sales processes, contributing to the overall success of our team.

Requirements
