Ashley Alper

Ashley Alper brings extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director and Principal Human Resources Business Partner at First Citizens Bank since October 2014, following its acquisition of CIT, where Ashley worked in various HR roles including Director and Vice President. Prior to joining First Citizens Bank and CIT, Ashley held the position of HRIS Coordinator at CBS Corporation and served as an HR Associate at Fedcap. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Human Resources from Marist College and participated in the Semester At Sea program.
