Kevin Profit

Kevin Profit is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Vice President and Senior Counsel at First Citizens Bank since January 2022. Previously, Kevin held the position of Director and Assistant Chief Counsel at CIT from June 2007 to February 2022, specializing in in-house counsel services related to factoring, commercial finance, secured finance, bankruptcy, creditor's rights, and litigation. Kevin's earlier experience includes roles as an Associate Attorney at Hamilton Gaskins Fay & Moon, PLLC, and Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP, focusing on corporate bankruptcy, creditor's rights, corporate restructuring, and commercial litigation. Kevin holds a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a B.A. in History from the University of Michigan.
