Mike Hatert

Mike Hatert has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Mike started their career in 2002 as a Business Development Manager at Call Center Poland. Mike then worked as a Projektleiter Marketing at con|energy ag from 2005 to 2007, and later as a Projektleiter at the same company from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, they joined ENTEGA AG as a Key-Account-Manager until 2012. Mike then moved to DB Energie GmbH and worked as a Senior Key Account Manager from 2013 to 2018. Most recently, they have been with First Climate since 2018, initially as the Head of Global Sales/Head of Consulting/Head of Renewables and currently as the Chief Operating Officer.

Mike Hatert obtained a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from TU Dortmund University. Mike also completed a program in EnergieManager IHK / European EnergyManager CCI from Industrie- und Handelskammer Darmstadt Rhein-Main-Neckar. Additionally, they earned a certification in Energiewirtschaftsmanager from Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences.
