Ami Humble

Ami Humble has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. They began their career in 2009 as a Personalberaterin at fitarbeiten Personaldienstleistungen. In 2013, they joined McKinsey & Company, initially working as a Staffing & Professional Development for Germany before transitioning to the Professional Development, EMEA Marketing & Sales Practice role. In 2020, they moved to Rautenberg & Company, where they served as an HR Manager until mid-2023. From mid-2023 to the present, they have been appointed as the Director of People & Culture at Rautenberg & Company. Currently, they hold the position of HR Team Lead at First Climate, starting in 2024.

Ami Humble completed a degree in Systemisches Coaching und Teamentwicklung from isb GmbH Systemische Professionalität in the year 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Personalfachkauffrau degree from IHK Frankfurt in 2015. In 2007, they completed their Master of Political Science from Lund University. In addition to their degrees, Ami Humble also holds certifications as a Zertifizierter Karrierecoach and Zertifizierte Moderatorin from artop - Institut an der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, obtained in 2023 and 2021 respectively.
