Tricia Szurgot

Tricia Szurgot is the current Chief Operating Officer at First Commonwealth. Tricia has been with the company since February 2017 and in their current role since March 2022.

Prior to joining First Commonwealth, Tricia was with First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union as their Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer. Tricia was responsible for enterprise strategy, performance, operations and culture with responsibility for all areas of the credit union. This included leading enterprise business strategy, strategic planning, innovation, operations, administration, technology, business intelligence, financial performance, risk, business continuity, brand and culture of the $1B+ credit union in accordance with established policies and regulations.

Tricia has a proven track record of driving organizational growth, transformation, performance, financial stability and regulatory compliance while managing risk with the best interests of members, employees and the business in mind.
