Patty Ewing

Patty Ewing is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at First Community Bank of Tennessee since April 2023, Patty oversees HR functions and collaborates with senior leadership on strategic initiatives. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at National Pen and Propulsion Controls Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations, recruitment, and compliance with employment laws. Patty has also held positions as Human Resources Director at Cypress Court and Director of Human Resources at Road Runner Sports, managing vast workforces and promoting positive work cultures. Additionally, Patty founded Ewing Consulting, providing HR guidance to small and midsize firms, and worked as a Human Resources Case Manager at Kaiser Permanente, enhancing employee performance in a large organization. Patty holds a Master of Science in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership, both from Chapman University.
