Glenn McClenahan has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked in various roles at different hotels over the years. Starting as a Concierge/Porter/Guest Service Agent at Chifley at Lennons Hotel in 2002, Glenn progressed to roles such as Duty Manager at InterContinental Hotels Group and Front Office Manager at Traders by Shangri-La Hotel, Brisbane. Most recently, Glenn has been serving as an Assistant Concierge Manager at First Contact since March 2021. Their dedication and experience make him a valuable asset in the hospitality sector.
