Carla Long Sphr

Carla Long, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Carla is currently the Director of Human Resources for First Credit Services, Inc. and American Healthcare Outsourcing Alternatives (AHOA). Prior to this role, Carla worked as a Realtor for KPDK from 2001 to 2008 and Solid Source from 2008 onwards. Carla also served as the Sr. Manager of Human Resources at Mediacom Communications from 2016 to 2020 and as the Human Resource Manager at Road America from 2011 to 2016. Carla's experience also includes serving as the Director of Community & Supportive Services at the Pastoral Institute from 2004 to 2007, where they supervised and directed activities, developed relationships, and maintained outreach efforts. Carla began their career as the Manager of Human Resources at Intermet Columbus Machining from 1999 to 2004.

Carla Long, SPHR, SHRM-SCP holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Troy State University. Additionally, they obtained another Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor from Troy University in Phenix City, Alabama.
