Michael Neustedter has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Michael currently serves as the Partnerships and Recruitment Director at First Descents, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Development Director at Ouray Ice Park, Inc. from May 2019 to January 2022.

From February 2016 to May 2019, Neustedter served as the Executive Director at Paradox Sports. Before that, they were the Marketing Director at the Adaptive Sports Center at Crested Butte Mountain Resort from October 2011 to March 2016.

Additionally, Neustedter worked as a Communications Intern at Lockheed Martin from May 2008 to September 2008.

In 2007, Neustedter began their career as a Media Relations Intern at the United States Olympic Committee from July 2007 to December 2007.

Michael Neustedter attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from an unknown start year to 2008, where they earned a degree in Journalism with a focus on Advertising. Prior to that, they attended UC San Diego until 2005, studying Organic Chemistry. Additionally, in March 2013, they obtained certifications as a Level 1 Certified Adaptive Snowboard Instructor and a Level 1 Certified Snowboard Instructor from the PSIA - AASI Professional Ski Instructors of America - American Association of Snowboard Instructors.
