Ellis Kerrigan

Ellis Kerrigan is a Marketing Manager in Customer Communications at first direct, a position held since January 2023, and also serves as the OAT Financial Support Team Manager. Prior experience includes a variety of roles at HSBC from April 2017 to present, including Degree Apprentice, Diversity and Inclusion Practitioner, and Customer Care Advocate. Additionally, Ellis worked at first direct as an Enterprise Systems and Solutions Support Officer from January 2021 to January 2022. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science BSc in Financial Services Management at Kaplan from August 2020 to August 2024, Ellis completed secondary education at Temple Moor High School.
