Richard Dutcher

Richard Dutcher has a diverse work experience in the field of emergency medical services (EMS) and healthcare. Richard'smost recent position is as a Sales Engineer at First Due, starting in December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at ImageTrend from 2019 to 2021, holding the roles of Account Advisor and Product Evangelist EMS/Fire. From 2018 to 2021, they served as a Faculty Member at MNSCU/MRTC. Richard also has experience as an EMS instructor at Centennial Fire District and CPR/Firstaid instructor at Certified Safety Training, both from 2016 to 2021. Richard was the Ambulance Manager at Mille Lacs Health System from 2017 to 2019, where they managed day-to-day operations and ensured patient care. Richard worked as a Paramedic and FTO at North Memorial Health Care from 2015 to 2017. Before that, they held the position of EMS Manager at Essentia Health for a brief period in 2015, and worked as a Paramedic at Essentia Health and Mayo Gold Cross from 2013 to 2015. From 2004 to 2005, they pursued an EMT Certification/NREMT at Rice Lake Tech College, specializing in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic).

In 2009, Richard earned a Nursing Certificate from Pine Technical and Community College, focusing on Practical Nursing, Vocational Nursing, and Nursing Assistants. The following year, they pursued General Nursing Studies at Lake Superior College.

Continuing their education in the healthcare field, Richard attended St. Cloud Tech from 2011 to 2013. During this time, they earned an A.A.S. in Emergency Medicine, specifically in Paramedicine.

Richard further enhanced their knowledge and skills by pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Rasmussen University from 2016 to 2018. Richard continued their education at the same university, obtaining a Master's degree in the same field from 2018 to 2020.
